Brad Nightingale

With a career that started in 1989 in the investment banking industry, Mr. Nightingale has held various positions in corporate finance, institutional/retail sales, and trading across several investment banks. During this time, he has assisted in managing the funding and trading of many public companies, mainly in the technology and business/consumer products sectors.

In recent years, Mr. Nightingale has been working closely with numerous early stage venture companies, both public and private. He has held several positions such as CEO, CFO, Board Member, and advisor, gaining significant experience in directly managing and overseeing a wide range of business functions in small and growing companies. He has also accumulated extensive expertise in managing all aspects of public market execution and compliance.
